You can even save money on your online backup solution when you select the annual billing option. When you choose to pay annually instead of monthly, you get 2 months of online backup absolutely FREE! Our annual subscribers can also take advantage of added flexibility when using our unique fax document delivery service. When you choose to protect your documents through a yearly ClaimProof plan, you can use all of your fax document backup pages at any time during the year (you have a full yearly limit rather than monthly fax limits).

* The number of users listed in the chart above reflects the maximum number of users included in the monthly price of each available document backup package. Customers of our business and enterprise service plans may upgrade to include additional users beyond the package limits at a price of $9.95 per month per extra user.
** Additional documents in excess of account limits may be purchased at $.10 per document. All accounts are also subject to a maximum total storage space, as detailed in the terms of use. If extra storage space is needed or utilized, overage charges of $5.00 per Gigabyte (GB) will be assessed at the next billing date.
# Fax page limits are calculated monthly for account holders paying monthly. Subscribers paying yearly may use their full year's worth of fax pages at any time during the year.
Additional fax pages may be purchased at $.25 per page. All fax document backups must include a cover sheet with a ClaimProof barcode (enabling us to save your paper documents in the appropriate folder) that you can print from the member area of your account by browsing to the vault folder where you want the document(s) saved and choosing to add documents. Fax cover sheets do not count towards your monthly or yearly fax page limit.
Please note anywhere you see the words "documents" or "files" on the ClaimProof website -- they are interchangeable terms and mean the same thing. A "document" is the same as a "file". You can put documents (or files) into folders and a single document (or file) can have multiple pages.
